We're thrilled to share one of our favourite projects at The Open Source Company! We have partnered with nuud, a vibrant and eco-conscious brand specializing in 100% natural and vegan anti-odorants. Our project team implemented a comprehensive Odoo ERP solution, tailored to streamline and enhance nuud's operations.
Here's what we've achieved together with nuud:
Purchasing
All Requests for Quotation and Purchase Orders are being created in Odoo and send to suppliers.
Inventory Management
nuud needs to ensure end-to-end traceability of their products. Batch tracking is achieved by assigning each batch of finished goods unique batch numbers, leaving a trail of production and logistics data on suppliers and raw goods used as the product moves through the supply chain to the end customer.
Warehouse Integration
An integration with nuud’s external warehousing partner to automate the logistical processes including the registration of inbounds, outbounds, and batch number registration in both Odoo and the external Warehouse Management System.
Track & Trace
Ensuring complete visibility of the outbound journey in Odoo through a Track & Trace integration with nuud’s external warehousing partner.
CRM
nuud’s customers are at the heart of the company. By making sure that (new) retailers are always well informed about nuud’s products and by making sure that the sticks, cream, and Refresh Bars arrive on time in thestores, nuud promises to enable fresh armpits worldwide. The required customer details are available at any time in Odoo’s CRM app.
B2B Backoffice Sales
Seamless Lead and Opportunity management, leading to efficient Quotes and Sales Orders.
Datawarehouse Integration
Enabling automated data transfer to the data warehouse, ensuring data availability as the basis of insightful reporting with a dashboarding tool.
